Account & Data Deletion

Proxy stores account, Voice Profile, contacts, and Key Facts in Firebase so they remain available when you return. Draft history is stored on your device. This page explains how to remove both.

How to delete your account & data

1. In-App Deletion:
Open Proxy, go to Profile > Delete Account, and confirm. Proxy immediately signs you out, clears your account's local contacts, preferences, and draft history from that device, and securely schedules deletion of your Firebase account and cloud data.

2. Email Deletion Request:
You can request manual deletion of your account by emailing us at kevinpaul7h+proxy@gmail.com. Please use the subject line "Proxy Account Deletion Request" and specify the email address associated with your account. We will execute the deletion within 72 hours and send you a confirmation.

What data is deleted?

Authentication Info: Your Google Sign-In profile, email, name, and unique user identifier (Firebase UID).
Cloud Profile: Your Voice Profile, settings, contacts, Key Facts, credit balance, and associated service records.
Device Data: The deleted account's locally cached contacts, preferences, and draft history on the device where deletion is requested.

Other ways to clear data

You can remove individual contacts and drafts in Proxy. Clearing app data or uninstalling removes local copies, but does not by itself delete your cloud account; use Delete Account or email us for that.

VibeLogic AI ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Proxy mobile application ("App").

1. Information We Collect

A. Personal Information: When you register for an account using Google Sign-In (Firebase Authentication), we collect your Name and Email Address. We transiently process Date of Birth to verify that you meet the age requirements (under-13 age gate) but we do not store your Date of Birth after verification.

B. Usage and Interaction Data:

Voice Profile: Communication style markers (slang density, formality, emoji patterns) stored securely on our cloud database (Firebase Firestore) to personalize your experience.
Relationship Profiles: Contact names, categories, formality levels, languages, and Key Facts are stored in Firebase and cached locally.
Local Draft History: Intent text, generated drafts, platform, and vibe score shown in History are stored on your device, limited to 50 unpinned drafts, and unpinned items expire after 90 days.
Diagnostics and Ad Data: Firebase, Google Play Services, analytics, and AdMob may process device, app, network, consent, and interaction information needed to operate their services.

2. Artificial Intelligence and Data Usage

Proxy sends your intent or voice note, selected contact context, relevant Key Facts, Voice Profile markers, and generation preferences to Google's Gemini API to create a draft. Voice examples are processed to derive style settings; Proxy stores the resulting profile rather than the original calibration examples.

AI training: VibeLogic AI does not use your drafts, inputs, or personal data to train its own models. Google's processing is governed by its applicable API terms and privacy commitments.

3. Third-Party Data Processors

We integrate with several services within the Google Ecosystem to provide authentication, infrastructure, and monetization:

Google Play Services & Firebase: Used for authentication, backend infrastructure, and analytics.
Google AdMob: Used for optional rewarded ads. Proxy requests non-personalized ads, but AdMob may still process device identifiers, IP address, consent status, and ad interactions for delivery, fraud prevention, and measurement.
Google Cloud (Gemini API): Used for AI inference. The content described above is sent securely for processing and is not necessarily anonymous.

4. Your Rights and Deletion

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, port, and delete personal information. Proxy provides data export and account deletion in Profile. You may also email kevinpaul7h+proxy@gmail.com.

Welcome to Proxy, an AI-powered communication and drafting utility ("App") operated by VibeLogic AI. By downloading, accessing, or using Proxy, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account using Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and Age Gate

Proxy is available only to individuals who are at least 13 years of age. We implement an age verification process during registration. If you are under 13, your access will be blocked, and no data will be retained.

3. Description of Service and AI Disclosure

Proxy analyzes communication examples to create a Voice Profile and generates contextual drafts using your inputs and relationship parameters. The App sends relevant content to Google's Gemini API for inference. VibeLogic AI does not use that content to train its own models; third-party processing is governed by the applicable provider terms.

4. Monetization and Advertising

Proxy offers a free credit balance and optional Google AdMob rewarded ads. Ads are requested as non-personalized, but Google may still process device identifiers, IP address, consent status, and ad interactions for delivery, fraud prevention, and measurement. Watching an ad is optional; credits are added only after server verification.

5. Deletion & Acceptable Use

You have the absolute right to delete your account and all associated cloud data at any time. You can initiate account deletion within the App settings, or request it by emailing us at kevinpaul7h+proxy@gmail.com. You agree not to use the App to generate illegal, harassing, threatening, or harmful content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Proxy generates drafts using Artificial Intelligence. We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of any generated text. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing any message before sending it. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
